Spyro, I think what they are trying to suggest, in their clumsy manner, is that it might have looked more professional if you had asked for "Waiting Staff" - and then of course, after the interviews pick the waitress which best serves your establishment. Discreetly, and apparently, with "equality" paramount.

But I must say - I prefer female waiting staff as they are more likely to wash their hands after visiting the loo etc.

No, I disagree with you GIG. I think spyro's approach is more honest and direct. :wink:
