Just had a nice sirloin steak (cooked on the barbarcue) with a Greek salad.

Pork chops and couscous salad for hubby. Sirloin steaks and banana smoothie for muscle-building son. Mash potato and soft chicken for aged mum. Broccoli and Butter Scones with jam for me. :)

tonight i will be eating chicken curry that i made yesterday, so it should taste even better the next day. :D
