So on a global scale what ranking do you think Cyprus would attain if all the different rugby associations/affiliations were to be rolled into one Cap?

Top 40.

with proper government funding, fair media exposure and promotion like with football. Even higher.
I'd say, with the team being on top form with all the financial backing and a broader pool of local players. A very strong chance of World Cup qualification.

Once the Cyprus Rugby Association becomes a full member, the National Team could rank as high as 30.

There would also be a chance to qualify for the World Cup and that would be massive.
