Yes, it just goes to show how poorly thought out and hastily arranged schemes to transport water look so simple on paper but soooooooo difficult in practice.
The failure of that Grik scheme, as well as the dismal failure to deliver water in huge water bags to "trnc" in 2000, should be a warning to you about the difficulties facing "kktc su temin projesi" (the latter also known as Flop of the Century).
