Whats not to understand, minimums from both states eg 15 votes from each state are vital to pass bills, the vice presidents veto is not necessary. eg 30 North state votes plus only 10 from the South state will not be enough to get the bill through. This will encourage both states to lobby for the support of the other state.

Will they be ethnic reps or residents of the north,it's not a hard question

Where have we stated TC or GC, all that has been debated here has been north and south states.

So you don't mind if the north state's 30 voting reps were 15TCs and 15GCs =30, or worse, 10TCs voting reps and 20GCs voting reps=30, just because the residents living in the north just happens to be 50-50 TCs/GCs after few years and the south's state's voting reps were 25GCs and 5TCs=30, just because the south state's vast majority population is GCs. The both states would still be "politically equal" to each other, will they not? So you are saying you will accept this, right?

If they meet the voting criteria of that state then no problem.

And what would be those criteria’s?

Will they be Democratic or an Apartheid system, because so far you have shown nothing but contempt that has anything to do with Democracy and Human Rights for the United Cyprus, as your never-ending support for the Dead & Buried Apartheid Annan Plan of 2004, no?

Not at all. That would be an oxymoron thing for you to say to another TC. I want the TCs to live as equal EU citizens in every aspect in the RoC with all their rights protected along with ALL other Cypriots. It is this equality that will bring peace to Cyprus and all it's citizens. If this is your goal also, then I don't know why we haven't had peace in Cyprus for such a long time. Can you please explain why not?

Its very simple, the GC do not want a solution, they have everything they want...the only thing they have to do is to be seen as if they want a solution to keep all those that lost land quite.

I cannot believe that is the reality. It's true that they don't want to have anything less than they have now, but the potential for all Cypriots and Cyprus is much greater with a United Cyprus than divided. The question is the formula for such unity. What is it? As I keep reminding you over and over again, It will need to include the EU Principles, and yes, there can also be some limited transitional periods built in to facilitate the unity. For example. the airport in the north can be opened for International flights from day one of the agreement as well as sea ports, but at the same time, from day one, they will need to be under the control of the EU until which time the limited transitional period is over and the airport and seaports is run by the Federal government. Same can be said of Varosha and so on.

God I didnt know you were this naive, the GCs have never wanted to share Cyprus, there have been thousands of posts on this forum from GCs to support this arguement. No GC leader has the will, guts or desire to turn a state which they control 100% to one where they are a federated state. Papacrapadoplus said it all, I will not give up a country for a federated state or words to that effect. Anantaisdesias is no different, the potential is not even an issue they want 100% power, they do not want to share anything. All they are doing is keeping hope alive for refugees who lost land by saying they will get everything back, all they have to do is not die.

"I was elected head of a nation, I will not surrender a community" were his exact words. And it had nothing at all to do with accepting federation.

You stress your concerns ad nauseam but refuse to see those of others. And you harp about Enosis, yet you live in the midst of it. You are a strange one!
