Just like everything else that's not politically affiliated.
Can't be used or manipulated for monetary and political reasons.
Zero promotion, zero exposure which leads to zero interest.
This phenomenon is well known and understood by the Cyprus Rugby Federation and rugby circles on the island.

Rachel Yankey's winner earned England a deserved Cyprus Cup triumph as they beat Canada 1-0 in the final.
The Arsenal winger scored in the 70th minute as coach Hope Powell's side beat the team they also defeated in the 2009 final.
