Try and resolves issues and find middle ground, BBf is the only way forward time to realize this and move on to building trust and cooperation between the 2 sides.

...invite settlers to apply for Cypriot Citizenship, 50,000 to live in the south, acting unilaterally to repopulate the island. even if things are tough now, things are just as tough everywhere on the island it seems. the impulse must continue to be acts as Cypriots. allow anyone with a Cypriot Citizenship to live Free, which means lands and property should be easy to reclaim, as it should be seen to be fair, whether the Citizen lives in the north or not, unless they profit from land which is not theirs, but even in these cases, equity, to the satisfaction of the actual owner, is the Principal to represent.
