Only the cultures that know how to make good bread, are the ones with good pizza..Italians and Greeks/Cypriots.Another key ingredient is mineral rich water..one of the main reasons why pizza made in NewYork city is probably the best in the world.

The secret ingredient to good dough is ground-up mastichi Chiou. But who cares about soggy pizzas - Can't wait for some decent flaounes with a lovely cup of tea!

Just one more question. How strict are customs to people bringing food with them in to the country ( i.e things like meat and dairy products)? Stupid question I know guys, but my Mum wants to know lol.
