Make your bloody mind up! You are telling us we can't stop them joining, but now you say we don't need to. I may be dyslexic, but you are just a dick.

like i said they dont have to join, they can pull out anytime they like but they cannot be stopped if they wish to join so long as they complete the chapters. now even the worst dickheads should be able to understand except you of course. you are a special dickhead and i can d0o understand your predicament. i have come across many dickheads like you. the cell on the left cannot find the one right. keep taking the tablets it is good for you. perhaps doubling the dose maybe order as they are having no effect.

What he's trying to say is that Turkey would not join any club that would have them as members.

(So they are trying to join so that they can turn it down if offered. :D )

This does not sound right Lordo, please clarify.

Are you saying that the EU is locked in not matter how a candidate country acts and behaves? Is the EU obliged to continue the accession negotiations no matter what?

Are you saying that only Turkey has the right as a candidate country to terminate the accession negotiations?

where did i say no matter how terkey behaves. is your hatred towards terkey making you blind.

i will repeat.

terkey is locked in and will join so long as she completes the chapters. get it. not anyway she likes.

at the same time she may choose not join at the end because there is no gain only pain. now is that clear.

Unfortunately, it is not clear. Try and answer this simple question please.

Can only Turkey terminate the accession negotiations or can the EU do this too?
