Ayse go home. 'Turks piss off out of Cyprus'

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I think Mr. Elcil and Mr. Gookcebel have described very eloquently the end result for the TCs of the Turkish occupation. Better than we could express it:

Elcil went on and said the following: "They keep Varosha closed, they transfer population in the island usurping our political rights, and they are looting the Greek Cypriot properties. They changed the names of the places by force, they have created a puppet regime which is connected to them, and police is bind to them. The [Turkish] ambassador is interfering in any of our jobs, the Turkish Cypriot community is subject to culture assimilation due to the Quran lessons the mosques and the complex of buildings adjacent to mosques", Elcil said and noted: It seems Bagis who says that wants solution conveniently forgets all these...

Maybe you should address your question to the Turkish Cypriots who are complaining about the abuses they suffer under the Turkish occupation. Maybe you need to hear the answer from them.

And we will only take you seriously when you stop taking Turkey's money and work for a living instead.

It's normal for a slave to resent his master. Even though the master feeds him, clothes him and provides a roof over his head, the slave still hates his master and yearns to be free of his chains.

There are some slaves though who seem content with their life as slaves, keep their heads down and believe the master is a kind master who has the slave's best interests at heart.

It takes all sorts...

Exactly, if the slave has support and economic freedom then they can break away from their master but like yourselves who look to Troyka to support and tell you what to do then you have to toe the line dont you?

"Ayse go home. 'Turks piss off out of Cyprus'. For this comment, I would just like to say that it's a comment I would have expected about 30 years ago, while in today's TRNC, they are ALL that is left. Us TC have all moved to the UK, Germany and the U.S (Majority) while the ones remaining, about 80'000 together with the 568'000 Turks from mainland mother Turkey, are now the backbone of our society - not to mention the half, and step families incorporated into TC Society. This statement is old news, and no longer has no meaning. As for the Greek Cypriots, they are pissed off as their state has 35% of its population from the EU, including Pakistanis, and people from the Philippines (in truck loads), some Turkish Cypriots and a large amount of Backward people from mainland Greece from the EOKA A and B days...with the rest so-called Greek Cypriots (whom are now the minority). Therefore, I don't blame them for being peed off!

Here's a secret - The TRNC is owned by our Motherland Turkey. Let's say we, the TRNC, are like that of "Northern Ireland" of the United Kingdom. You said "NO" to the Annan Plan and the others prior, and you are still saying "No" now. Forget about Northern Cyprus as it's Turkish forever - as if you didn't know that already, of course!

Support and economic freedom are not the characteristics that define slavery.

It's about surrendering your will to the master who does not recognise you as an equal. It's about being treated as inferior. The slave is someone whose existence will never be taken into consideration and they will never be able to cease being Slaves.

That is how TCs find themselves in Cyprus as a result of their actions. Both in relation to Turkey and to the Republic.

The two defining characteristics of slavery are being unrecognised and being inferior. That is why you ask for 'recognition' or to be treated as ‘equals'.
