Britain's HOLD on the Greek Cypriots!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I am afraid it is all true. Thanks to embargoes and the destruction of TC identity by GCs. The British authorities have confessed that the TC children were not categorised and therefore slipped under the radar as to maybe needing help with integration as are all other foreign nationals. Schemes exist that recognise the problem. Another embargo imposed by GCs even abroad. They want trust from us

Greek Cypriots are everywhere from London to Glasgow and everywhere inbetweeners. I've yet to meet a TC here. I've known GCs all my life. All of them successful, some influential.

Even in my little town....the thick Yorkshire tea folk think Cyprus is a Greek island.

How wrong and stupid they are.

The actual stupidity stems from all those uneducated fools who peddle foreign-serving inaccuracies and misinformation like the two primary jerks of the CF… Kurupet and Yialoser and many others of course.

So these Brits get their misinformation from such treasonous jerks.

OK, flash the toilet and get back into the closet... and stay there!

Lawrence Durrell, a Briton, was the one who wrote "Cyprus is the most Greek island of all the Greek islands". This was back when Cyprus was under British rule and he was a reporter sipping whiskies at Antonakis Bar in Nicosia.

The town name changing and the manic painting of flags cannot change the obvious about the character ot the place. Certainly not the ridiculous leaflets that describe the history of places like Lapithos while avoiding the word "Greek" when referring to Lambousa, the five churches of the town, or the very name Lapithos "which used to mean....." but never saying in which language.

People confident of their culture and place do not resort to pathetic flag saturation and the ever present pictures of Mustafa Kemal (even in barber shops!!!). To put it into perspective, think of a pic of Queen Elizabeth in every barber shop in London!

TCs give the impression of people constantly having to tell themselves who they are. It is starting to look like they might believe the stories of forced islamisation which others regard as anecdotes.
