The long-running matter of Cyprus v Turkey at the ECHR is coming to a conclusion with the announcement of the damages to be paid by Turkey to be published by the ECHR next week.

If Turkeys pays us a bean, i'll eat my hat. What a crock of shit. With no sanctions or penalties what would force this criminal state to pay. Its all just a lip service ruling. The ECHR has no credibility after allowing the rapist aka Turkey, to reside over property issues aka IPC in the occupied areas.

In a judgment delivered on 10 May 2001 the Court found numerous violations of the Convention by Turkey, arising out of the military operations it had conducted in northern Cyprus in July and August 1974, the continuing division of the territory of Cyprus and the activities of the “Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus... "

All of these court decisions against Turkey in the ECHR and the UN resolutions should be used by the RoC in every western country in a new campaign against Turkey, instead of having Eroglu spout his bullshit at the UN comparing the protection of law to all citizens of the pseudo state to the protection of law in the USA.
