October 1 to December 31 st,if by the end two results a true federal cyprus or tc and Turks withdraw to 20% territory in the north(roughly kyrenia district ,karpasia,and northern lefkosia.,the northern part of the island.if you like I can make a map.the declare independence and fast tracked in the UN FOR RECOGNITION
