Good morning,
I am starting a new villa rental company & having just returned from Cyprus I need a photographer to photograph a few villas in the Polis/Latchi area for my website which I was unable to do due to the weather. I would require interior/exterior shoots for all 4 villas which I would imagine would be a days work on previous experience.
Please could you quote for doing this - I will be expanding next year so there is a very good possibility of this becoming a regular assignment.

In case you may not be aware, in order to trade in the real estate business, sale or rentals, you need to be a registered and licenced agent.

You will have zero chance to get such a licence, because it is a closed shop in Cyprus and only available for those with 'Meson', and even then it is questionable.

Good luck with your new venture, and I apologise if I have put the dampers on it, but the Council is closing in on unlicenced operators.

You may have a better chance in another less corrupt country.
