Kind of but Greece can split too.
Greece will probably be split into 4 parts. South Epirus will go to Albania, Macedonia will go the slavs, the Turkish Republic of West Thrace will be formed, and the rest will remain for the greeks.
It is enough that one country starts splitting and the whole of the Balkans will get fragmented, so I would not be too eager to see Turkey split really.
