me too, with bits of haloumi cut into it.

...makes me think of Scrouge, isn't this a gruel?

Dunno, never tried that.

Yeah, tastes the best with lightly fried halloumi.

Fried? Why not grilled?

...fresh halloumi, not too much, a little squeak once and a while.

...although grilled sounds interesting to get the flavour of the coals; i like to put dried olives in my soup.

Crisp Fried halloumi its absolutely delicious, it goes nicely with deep fried seaweed, although I use parsley which looks and tastes like seaweed. The trick is to get the oil at maximum temperature at about 170-180c, drop halloumi slices in , fry for less than a minute, remove halloumi, get the oil temperature high and drop the parsley to fry at 15 secons, the two together are manna from heaven, good for your ....libido too!!

Yeah we have hummingbird honey which could be thought of as birds honey and honey from a honeysuckle flower. Artificial honey and rbees honey. Since we're more advanced then the rest of the world here in the USA , we have different types of honeys... Try the haloumi, bees honey and peanut butter you'll like it... How about an American cheeseburger with halloumi.. ...???
