I,m am travelling to cyprus on 28th dec for 14 days. My passport is only valid until april next year. Anybody know if this is okay.

If EU citizen it's not a problem.

If it expires in April then I guess you can use it until April. What would be the point of the expiration date if it was in any other way?

In a lot of countries it needs to be valid for at least 6 month before entry. eg the U.S

oh, ok. I didn't know that! I don't think this is the case in Cyprus.

called the embasy in london its ok. A lot of places like spain , usa etc dont allow this.

passport only 5 months remaining
