Do you have any suggestions on how we can improve our forums?

I have yet to post a message with an expletive but have had two warnings. This should be a free and open forum. We are all discussing issues that are very close to our hearts. You must accept that this will be reflected in colourful language. If people are unable to debate in a robust and lively manner, then maybe this is not the place for them. Please, if you got something to say, say it, and don’t keep snitching to teacher!!

Hi Michael

Yes, but this is Admin's 'free and open Forum', they set it up to be an arena where the issue of Cyprus, and related matters, could be discussed, in a forthright - but adult manner. They also laid down the very reasonable conditions of membership. If personal attacks are allowed, we will drive away the moderate Forum member, whose views are equally valid.

It is not asking too much to expect intelligent people to avoid racism and personal attacks, in their threads.

URGENT

To admin, is there any chance of removing the website address of the home buyers pressure group ? they are promoting the sale and purchase of land and property that has been stolen from greek cypriots.
Its against the law and an insult to many refugees who have lost there homes.

http://www.cyprus-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=638 I read that promotion of anything illegal is prohibited. Lately some people that buy Greek Cypriot land in the occupied areas come to our forum and provoke. What they do is illegal. I don't see why we should argue with them. The Cyprus problem is non of their business.

actually Lysi, I am anti occupation. But you never asked, so I never told.

My posts are exclusively non personal and non offensive and pretty much satirical and off the wall. I intend no harm or offense and I am not anti Greek.

SO less of the nonsense.

Thought I'd mention, or rather report, that when I browse various threads and posts, I notice that Lysi has made numerous comments recently which I find to be personal, rude, abusive and unacceptable.

have a look at his recent posts, they are off topic and aimed in a malicious way towards me.

Please deal with this, as I have personally cooled off and ceased the funny business, so do have a word.

Yes, but Lysi's observations are true. So why is he being censored?
p.s
I don’t think it was funny. Funny as in QUEER, but definitely not funny ha ha
