Akinci Starts his "Ban-Ki-Moon" Plan Prep!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Akinci Starts his "Ban-Ki-Moon" Plan Prep!

Postby MrH » Fri May 01, 2015 2:04 pm

From the TRNC office (already!), and confirmation received from his meetings with his GC counterpart too, Akinci has alread spoken to all of the UN Representatives to kick-start the process for the new "Ban-ki-moon Cyprus plan". It's suspected that the plan will be very similar to the former "A-Plan number five", but with a few minor tweaks, which he has already indicated as being some "advanced Confidence building measures". In other words, Akinci is planning on securing a number of Confidence Building measure Leading to a final solution, a scenario the former Dervis Eroglu considered as being "Very Risky".

Looks like Akinci means business!

Well, if it's anything like Annan 5 then it won't even get to a referendum.

The Cyprus Government won't take anything to a vote they know will be rejected by the people.

The Cyprus Government

I think you messed up on that comment there! Try, "One of the Cypriot governments".....seeing that NO solution can ever be secured unless BOTH Cypriot governments conform to it!!!

There is only one Government. Just ask the UN.

Good luck with getting this legitimate Government with agreeing to a plebiscite for destruction!

never mind about the comment regarding cyprus government which you mean groc but surely they took the last one to the vote relativesly confident they would get it rejected.

the question is very simple. has anastasidaes got the balls to negotiate and recommend a yes vote, if he is going to tassos us this time may suggest he should furk off now and tells us he has no intention of recommending a yes because tassos knew he was going to do that from the beginning. and please do not insult me and tell me he did not.

get it. stop wasting people time.

No I mean The Republic of Cyprus! get it right.

That will depend on whether Akunci is serious and it will depend on the contact of this so called plan. If it doesn't suit, Anastasiades won't even take it to a vote let alone recommend a YES vote.

Ball in your court and always has been.

thats another bit of bullshit and you know it too. to this point groc have never really made known what their demands are. after 50 years we got to the give and take stage where it would be identified and anastasiades walked out. now we will know if he is serious. will he take off from where they left and get into give and take or will he go back to the beginning and waste the rest of his presidency making sure there is no agreement.

the ball has been in your court all the time and what is worse you have taken the ball and like a spoilt child just said i am not playing.

Why did he walk out?

Oh that's right! Because Errorglu wanted to change and deviate from the already agreed joint statement and because Turkey was drilling in the RoC EEZ.
