A disastrous day for CY football.

At least we will be able to watch APOEL until December. :)

I really was hoping Appollon would win but alas!

Omonoia should have done better too!

Omonia had the ref on their side, but without a capable offence it's hard to score.

The most annoying tonight was Apollon. They had like 80% dominance but couldn't fucking kick lower than a rugby player... WTF!

I wouldn't say disastrous.
There was a time when we used to lose by cricket scores.
Now the scores are much closer and the competition more intense, the so called 'tiny island' giving them a run for their money.
We're still underdogs, and always will be.

But dare I say it...these days, when they hear that they're up against CY teams, their hearts skip a beat and their minds fill with doubt.

Not in the last decade. Like Kurup said... I'll extend it to beyond disastrous!

As i said, Apoel is the best cypriot football team. Maybe the can play in the group stage in Champions League.
Well, i can predict a match between APOEL and Olympiacos in Champions :D
