You need to READ the actual questions of the referendum. OXI referred to a rejection of a specific text, NOT to the status of Greece as a Eurozone member. ALL polls taken show that over 70 per cent of Greeks want to remain in the Euro.

Right now, Sunday July 12 2015 the Greek prime minister is participating in a Eurozone summit trying desperately to keep Greece in the Euro backed by a 251/300 parliamentary cross party vote.

The end result will be that Greece remains in the EZ. The bailout will be offered under stringent conditions and Greece has no option but to accept.

An exit from the EZ would be detrimental not only to the survival and continuation of the Euro but also of the EU.

which ever way they turn they are screwed unless they make changes to their tax and pension system. this will get worse for them no matter what they decide. there decision will determine how long they are kept out of eu. looks like at least a thousand year and more.

The Greeks have been cowed into violating every single "red line" they had specified since the elections.

There are even demands that the Greek parliament legislate by July 15 several complex financial bills and the resposne was "yes sir".

The Luxembourg finance minister who was identified as supportive of Greece has proposed that 50 billion of greek state assets be ring fenced as collateral. Greece will avoid an exit but be subject to worst austerity then it had under the old regime

In a live report a few minutes ago on UK Channel 4 news the reporter said (I assume he has spoken to those that matter) categorically that the Greek Parliament will never accept the new conditions expected by EU.
