Hamas is wasting their time negotiating cease fire conditions. There are no conditions other that begin talks for peace. Which of course will include release of prisoners on both sides.

The silence of the western media about Israeli demonstrator in Jerusalem shouting dearth the Arabas is deafening. Can you imagine how they would react if Arabs run around saying kill all the Jews?

Now Israelis are true anti-Semites.

What, like every Saturday in London...?

What an utter mong...

How many countries are there in the world today where one community has complete power over the other even to murder with complete freedom. Last one to practice such a thing was the Nazis in Germany. Who would have said that the very people they applied it too will turn out later on to implement the same policy on another group. Now I say that knowing full well that not Jewish people think like that particularly those who sufferer this policy from the Nazis actually oppose Israel in how they treat Palestinians.

I don't understand why people make a fuss about such incidents. The pro-Palestinian marchers get away with murder every Saturday.

Which reminds me a few decades ago there was another state that was not half as bad as Israel. What was it called now?

...meanwhile,

UNRWA commissioner-general Phillippe Lazzarini said that 6,000 people were sheltering in the school when it was hit without prior warning.

...30 dead and other reports which state much higher casualties; frankly i am surprised how little news (read: actual news) has come out from this incident.

...again, Netanyahu states, that it is a horrific accident needing investigation; i would guess so too the ICC.

I think the Americans are taking the world is as stupid as they are.

Mr Blinken said his message to leaders in the region was: "If you want a ceasefire, press Hamas to say, yes."

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c722vw7g41wo

Here is a report from this morning confirming Hamas agreeing to the ceasefire. I have not seen any confirmation as yet that Israel have accepted the UN ceasefire though.

Hamas accepts a UN Security Council ceasefire resolution and is ready to negotiate over the details, senior Hamas official Sami Abu Zuhri told Reuters on Tuesday, adding that it was up to Washington to ensure that Israel abides by it.

So why is Blinken asking for Hamas to say they accept when they already have?

Anyway, it seems Blinken is claiming Hamas is asking for unworkable demands. so what are these demands. Hamas want a guarantee that once the hostages are release, the IOF will be out of Gaza and IOF will also stop bombing Gaza. I mean just how can they ask for that sort of guarantee.

A Hamas official told Reuters the response reaffirmed its stance that a ceasefire must lead to a permanent end to hostilities in Gaza, withdrawal of Israeli forces, reconstruction of the Palestinian enclave and release of Palestinian prisoners in Israel.
Blinken said some of Hamas's counterproposals were "workable"
