I do not believe it. Back in January there was a three phase plan that would have released all the hostages and NutJob refused to begin the second stage and then started war. This war is not over. Although the mid-term elections may be one of the causes for Orange ManChild taking the initiative, I feel it has a lot more to do with the recognition of Palestine by European countries which pushed the panic buttons.
