My IP shows I'm in the UK

A question for the brain trust.

Dragon Net here in Limassol is my ISP.

My IP is: 185.105.173.111.

Host is in Limassol but when I punch these numbers into http://www.ip2nation.com/ it comes up UK and to top it all my website is displaying the currency in GBP when I've configured Cyprus to be in the Eurozone list of countries in the sites admin.

Browser is Chrome with Win 10.

Any ideas?
