I think Lebanon...

They are mostly good people, especially those that are Christian Orthodox, and I also like their cuisine.

Since Cyprus is of course part of the great milieu of Greekness, we can move on to a country that is not part of us but merely a neighbour. In which case, my favourite neighbour is Bulgaria.
