Hello
I want to order some hardware parts for my PC and as all we know,the majority shops in Cyprus are more expansive than amazon.
But today i found this site http://www.custompc.com.cy and the price for some of the producst there looks very reasonable(even close to amazon).
Have you ever ordered something from this site and do you have spme past/current expirience from them.
P.S
The site looks legit,their facebook and coments are new and updated regulary.My only fear are that:
-they accept only online payment(so you shoud prepaid ,no cash is accepted)
-A little confusing about warranty-this is on thei site about warranty "What product warranty do I have?

What means this-if a motherboard have a warranty for 3 years,they take care only for the fisrt year or .......?

I had a quick look. One thing to note is that I don't think they have most of the products in stock. Even if you order a product that shows as "in stock" you get "Pick up from our store (3-5 Working Days)". If it was truly in stock then you should be able to just go and pick it up from their store directly. Basically you order a product from them, then they order it from somewhere else (Cyprus importer or online) and when it is delivered to them they deliver it to you. If something happens to your product then the warranty is only as good as the warranty they got when they bought the product. If you care about warranty forget about them and go with Amazon. If they have something at a better price than Amazon and warranty is not very important (e.g. a case) then you can try them out.

For this reason,i open this topic -if someone of you have/had current/past expirience with them to give a little feedback.
Becauce if the all the services are correct,this will be the best hardware shop in Cyprus(offer best price for the island).

Yes,i think that you are right-they import the products-but if they are correct shop and respect warranty-everything should be fine.

Why does it matter if they are in Cyprus when they need 5-7 working days (i.e. up to 9 days) to deliver (and that is their claim, in reality they might be slower) when you can order everything from Amazon and have them delivered at the same time? Amazon is a huge international company with an established reputation. That shop might not even exist in 2 years.
