Part of me, a large part of me, is screaming 'stop this madness, get out of here and stop posting on this forum, to not do so is lunacy bordering on the perverse'.

Another part of me is saying 'no - do not let GiG get away with it, do not let systematic cynical distortion of truth win out over reasoned rational argument, do not let the fanatic drown out and drive out voices that she does not like.'

It is a quandary - so I am throwing it over to all of you.

The poll will run for 14 days and it has been set to public, so that if you do vote it will show that you have done so and which way you did so.

I realise this is now the second poll in a short space of time I have created that features myself within it, which is narcissistic to some degree or other, so I will also 'pledge' that if the vote turns out I should continue to post and if I do decide to do that as a result of that result, I will not post another poll regarding myself until 2017 at the earliest.

Keep up the good work. We need the sane and sensible like you here. I would not claim to be either, but i find your rather more objective posts a breath of fresh air compared to some here, who are often objectionable.

No... but you should stop repeating yourself in endless discussions. I fall in this trap as well sometimes but there is really no point. Nobody else will bother to read 20 pages of "you are wrong", "no, you are wrong", "no no, YOU are wrong"... everybody can come to their own conclusion whether somebody is right or wrong on a subject after the first 3-4 posts and 20 more pages will not make any difference.

No. And I totally agree with Sotos here. You have had a few arguments that go on and on for pages and pages and it just gets a bit tedious after 2 or 3 pages. Keep up the good work though.

...i don't vote very often at all, but this one i have no hesitation.

Much as i find the goings on between you and GIG boring, bordering on completely irrelevant, i stop to consider how the picayune details at the negotiations must be going.

Diversity is good, as far as i'm concerned. Why abandon us? Why, because GIG is very enthusiastic in expressing her views? Is this you, i would be surprised.

Freedom for Cyprus, i say.

In both recent clashes, I knew where you went wrong right away - I hinted, but you were too slow on the uptake.

I couldn't have put better my self. Both Sotos and my good friend MR-From-GN ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.

Both Erolz and GIG are highly intelligent , eloquent "posters" who fell in the trap of repetitive " jargon ", perhaps deep down they are mentally attracted to each other :lol:
