I am very good at using Google. Want me to come up with half a dozen or so articles that say the EU will survive and prosper?

There we are. It's in the Express, that must be rabidly right wing enough for your tastes.

German boss says EU will SURVIVE
http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/681 ... ce-Germany

Do you really want me to go through the tedious exercise of Googling up another dozen like it?

Incidentally, I am still puzzled why you keep resorting to the right-wing gutter press for your quotes if you mistrust the MSM so much. The Daily Express is surely part of the MSM, isn't it?

No the surveys you quoted will be sufficient. But even if you did, it is all future predictions ..... speculation. If someone writes an article as you make posts here, with no references as to where the information comes from on which they base their prophecy ........ then it is merely an opinion and has no more credence than your opinion or mine.

This is where independent news channels (IMO) score over MSM. They are often loaded with links to other sources, are not limited by column inches, have no editorial criteria to comply with and their links contain many further links. All you can do is follow the story to see how probable the independent version is compared with the MSM version. The comments I find useful/informative and are less likely to be censored by a moderator. But you need time to follow the paper trail ...... time is something I have plenty of .... I am retired. Pisses Maid Marion off though ....as she can always find me something to do!

If predicting the result of the vote was so easy why did the 'remain' camp go for scare mongering rather than giving facts? The Brexit side don't come out very well with their explanations either. The truth is nobody can know for sure!

I will tell you why I refer and link to MSM .... it is for your benefit and those like you! Because most often if I post a link that is NOT MSM it gets short shrift , even then, as you have demonstrated, it has to be the RIGHT MSM source........... it is rejected purely for the reason that it is not mainstream thinking. Those that rely only on the MSM for their information, will accept nothing that refutes it.

It was all very well posting this article ..... but you didn't read it did you? The man is a loan voice in the wilderness! Read the comments to the article and what they say. Only ONE person agreed with what he said .... the others all ridiculed the sentiments he expressed. Surely you can see that with an attitude like that he hasn't got many friends in Germany or Europe.

The UK with help from the US and more so in WWII from Russia, whopped the arse of the Germans twice and on both occasions had to rescue the French. They surrendered at the first loud bang! The Germans I would trust, but the French? Not in a million years nasty little, small minded back stabbers! :x

No, I didn't read it. You don't understand anything, do you? That was not the point. The point of the exercise was to show that I could easily find an article with a headline purporting to show that the EU will survive and prosper. If need, be I could find another ten or even one hundred. My aim was to demonstrate the futility of this silly exercise of using a search engine to find a dozen or so articles with headlines that appear to 'prove' the point you wish to make, copying and pasting them into a thread and then imaging that you have acheived anything.

I am sure that if I wished to 'prove' that Microsoft Corporation is run by aliens, I could find something on the Internet to 'prove' this. There is so much nonsense on the Internet. Just because an article chosen at random there appears to support your point does not on its own count as proof.
