Trajkovic reaches hurdles semi-final

Serbian-born Cypriot athlete Milan Trajkovic has qualified for the men’s 110m hurdles semi-final in the Rio Olympics.
The 24-year-old athlete competed on Monday at the Rio Olympic Stadium during a sudden and heavy downpour, which did not discourage him.
Trajkovic finished with a time of 13.59 and qualified third in his series and with the 15th best time overall.
The semi-final is set to take place in the early hours (Cyprus time) of Wednesday.

No I don’t think they should get sponsored by the government because they’re just not good enough.

In 2009 APOEL made the country’s highest sporting achievement when they made it to CL’s QF, yet never received a dime!

Nobody comes anywhere near this achievement.
