We are a family with a toddler and a house trained but outdoors living Labrador. We are looking for an unfurnished/partially furnished penthouse or ground floor apartment or a house, with 2-3 bd. The preferred areas would be Paralimni or Deryneia but we are open for the surrounding villages as well. We are living in Cyprus for almost 10 years so we have our own stuff and need a reliable long term rental. The right place would be a quiet, family oriented property as we are a quiet family. The price would depend on the property of course but we can't really go higher then 350€.
