As for Colombia Lordo… I’m wondering if Paphitis made you write that because such stupidity could only come from him!

just look at what happened to colombia when they refused a peace agreement. that will happen to cyprus in 2017 one way or another.

The UN is present in Cyprus at the invitation of the RoC and not because it can impose itself.

Had the UN been able to impose itself on member nations, it would’ve split Turkey up a long time ago to save the poor Kurds from the Turkish slaughter. Ever worry about them?

And before anyone brings up Kosovo again I remind that Kosovo belonged to Yugoslavia not Serbia. Upon the dissolution of Yugoslavia, Kosovo was left dangling so the UN was able to impose itself but not so with UN member nations that are already locked-in.

Never mind which State Kosovo belonged to, most the people had been living there for generations. Kosovo was not created by mass ethnic cleansing and illegal colonisation - unlike the the "trnc"

Now with crazy Trump at the helm, there’s a good chance of Turkey getting partitioned in 2017/18 so you’d better put your claim in with ErdoDaft early on.

Unlike the Clintons, Trump hates terrorists so I’m not so sure he has any respect for Turkey...

More good news from Turkey by someone who probably knows what he's talking about. :D

The Turkish economy may collapse in a couple of years if politicians do not show the West that the economy is trust-worthy, Daron Acemoğlu, Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), told the daily Hürriyet.
“Economic growth comes from consumption and consumption is encouraged by loans. This is not sustainable. We have very little time left. The building has not collapsed yet, but it can. There might be a crisis,” Acemoğlu said. ........
