Hi, my first post on this forum - we have our appointment with immigration on January 12th and are trying to get all the relevant paperwork together. On the checklist we were given it says that we need 'the rental agreement for the house duly certified and postal stamped from revenue officer and stamped also from the mukhtar'. We took our contract to the mukhtar yesterday and that was sorted no probs. We've just been to the post office to get the revenue officer stamps and were given four postal stamps with a fee of €5.50. We asked the lady what we do with these stamps but she didn't know. Are these stamps sufficient or do we have to actually get them 'verified' by an actual revenue officer, whoever that might be?
