It looks like it's a Swap of Morphou Guzelyurt and the entire Western area of the current TRNC for Larnaca, Asia Napa and the a British bases. Some other areas south of Nicosia currently under the TRNC also look like to be handed over to the GC State. This is only a leaked photo of a photo so the details may be a little hazey! Also, it looks more like an East West split as opposed to the current North-South!

It looks like Larnaca, Barsham, Asia Napa and the British bases are have definitely been offered to the new Turkish Cypriot State , but Nami and Turkey are rejecting this idea due to the new Water project recently completed from Turkiye to the TRNC. Also, Turkey advised that Larnaca, Varosha and Ayia Napa are Worthless in comparison the Northern Western areas around Morphou-Guzelyurt. Sorry Larnaca lovers.....it looks like the area you hold around that district means nothing to the Turkish Cypriots and Turkey!
