News just coming in of an attack outside Houses of Parliament
apparently a vehicle was driven at pedestrians with many injured. On e policeman is reported to have.been stubbed , an individual carying a knife was shot by the police.

It is reported that 8- 10 people were mowed down by a vehicle.
Air ambulances have landed in the vicinity and medics are tending to the injured.
The assailant has been put into an ambulance and taken to St Thomas Hospital.

Parliament square at a complete standstill , Parliament has now been suspended.
This attack bears the hallmarks of Islamists but as yet no further details have emerged.
