I have Kodi with Exodus setup for my parents. Should I expect any problems?

No, unless you are in the United Kingdom they may send you notice but they can't do anything to you only people who sell Kodi boxes will be arrested home users cannot be bothered according to the court's decision. More if you are in Cyprus then nobody will going to touch you.
