Les the! You know very well that the Australian A League can’t get the coefficient points hence the poor ranking.

But I think you will find that the A League is extremely competitive because all the teams are capable. They have a National Draft each year. It’s a completely American franchise system where this season’s champion can come last in the next season and any team is capable of beating the top teams. You don’t have a League of 4 competitive teams but 14.

A Cypriot team won’t be able to compete. Plus, the product must be there for teams to have 27000 season ticket holders.

Australian Sports fans are among the most spoiled for choice sports fans in the world and they are also extremely knowledgeable. They love their sport. Only America is like Australia in that regard
