Take a look at the above Footage and about half way along the Varosha you will see the "Hall Plagi" which is now open to visit by all TRNC citizens only for the time being. There are three large hotels now in full operation which have recently been refurbished and are fully operational, including the Palm Beach Hotel. Clearly the UN are lying to the Greek Cypriots, while the TRNC government have finally stuck by their promises to gradually open the Varosha. Unless your dumb leaders accept a BBF with full Turkish Guarantees and equality, you will soon be looking through your binoculars to see not a Ghost Town but another Antalya in the making! Oops, forgot to mention that the Famagusta based East Mediterranean University has just purchased 6 buildings in the Varosha for development!

Looks like the GCs have really peed off the only remaining Liberal leader to finally be voted into our Presidency- Mr Akinci. In his last meeting he advised ALL organs and functions of our state to work towards the upgrade of the TRNC, and the Varosha was on top of his List, including the privatisation of both Ercan and Famagusta Ports with Turkish companies upon immediate effect! I'm not Turkey, I'm a Turkish Cypriot of Cyprus. Turkey can sort out its own issues. Plus, Turkey will never enter the EU, so story closed on that you Donkey.

We are talking here about Varosha, and that it's opened and there's nothing you can do about it. We are talking about the TRNC President and how he has finally realised how much shit Anastasiades is all about. And we are talking about a Two state solution and how the TRNC has now abandoned the Federal approach and is now fully independent, keeping its promises and will now go it alone without the Hijacked ROC!

You are funny. Why don't you accept that without a comprehensive Feseral solution to the Cyprus issue, the Varosha will never be offered as a bargaining chip....and that clearly will now not happen as your side will never accept the Treaty of Guarantee and Alliance as part of this new BBF Solution.

However, in the mean time, it looks like your dimwitted leadership have destroyed any hopes of such a solution, therefore forcing us to now go down the road of Recignition or even integration with Turkey - like it or not.

If you guys had any brains and foresight you would embrace the TRNC as a Turkish Cypriot Federated state and absorb it into the EU, but your leaders clearly don't know how to play politics because the Hellenic cap overtakes their racist minds.

Oh well, looks like Turkey has now removed itself from the EU permanently bringing with it the TRNC; just look at how many laws from Education to resources have been integrated with Turkey!

Getting back to the Varosha, it is definitely open where if you know or have friends from the North I'm sure they'd be able to take you for a car trip from the Palm Beach checkpoint in Famagusta to the depths of the Varosha town....do check out the Hall Plaji as the beach there is amazingly crystal clear and untouched.
