Weekdays 6:45, weekends, 7- 7:30... Can't stay long in bed for many hours.... Prefer not waste my time in sleep!

Weekdays - 6:30 - 7:00. It pains me to get out of bed...
Weekends - 6:00 AM - I literally jump out of bed! The weekends are MY time and I enjoy them to the fullest!

Having to wake on a specific time is something that I feel is a limitation of my freedom. So on the weekends I let myself free
