No HydroCarbon Gas drilling WITHOUT THS TRNC! Let’s see what the hijacked Republic of Greek Cypriot South will now do!

MrH, have you plagiarized any articles lately?

It seems like Turkey should be more worried about the Americans teaming up with the YPG to divide up Turkey in their long term plans than Turkey using their 3 warships and acting like pirates in the high seas against a civilian oil drilling vessel.

Turkey has been warned by the Americans on not to "miscalculate" their ability to even think about picking a fight with the Americans in Syria.

This is of course, a lot of taunting by the Americans against the egomaniac Erdogan, in the hopes that Turkey will pick a fight with the Americans. How can Erdogan save face after all the bravado talking? He can't, therefore both Erdogan and Turkey are doomed. Turkey fell into the American and the Russian trap by invading Syria, something the Americans wanted for a very long time. Beating up on Turkey in Syria was the perfect place, since doing it in a NATO country Turkey was not going to be possible, not until NATO chances it's name to something else, but without Turkey as a member.

Once Incirlik airbase closes for the Americans, the RoC and America may agree to have an American base in Cyprus. This will change everything as we know it in Cyprus since 1974.

Turkey's illegal actions only makes it worse for herself, which can only be good news for the RoC.

..Erdogan will go too far. The "them" he expects to stop are not just "Greeks". And while he wagers that no one will fight, for Cyprus, they will fight for themselves'. It is not Cyprus he wants, and when he goes further than Cyprus, he thinks, he will be appeased; but "they" may think his time is up.

ATHENS, Greece — Video footage has surfaced of the moment a Turkish coast guard vessel collided with a stationary Greek patrol boat near a pair of Aegean Sea islets over which the two countries almost went to war in 1996.

Cameras on the Greek coast guard boat recorded two videos. They show the Turkish vessel hitting or scraping the Greek one near the stern.

It’s not clear from the footage if the contact on Monday night was deliberate, resulted by mistake from a threatening maneuver, or another cause.

The vessels were off the uninhabited Imia islets — Kardak in Turkish — which both countries claim.

Tensions between the NATO allies already were rising over the warships Turkey deployed in recent days to block a drilling rig from reaching a location off of Cyprus.
