Cyprus Surrender of Defeat talks

Postby Paphitis » Thu Mar 08, 2018 1:28 am

Let’s not pretend that any talks with Turkey are a peace treaty. That is not what they are.

It’s a Surrender of Defeat talks. Cyprus lost the war. Turkey is the victor.

So any agreement just legitimises Turkey’s stranglehold over the island.

Let’s just tell it the way it is please.

Let’s refer to the talks Cyprus Surrender Talks.

Turkey has the might, and is right and will do what it likes like Russia has the might and is right and will do what it wants.

It’s just the way it is. The UN is powerless.

I just had to get that off my chest because Malakas seems to think that sucking Turkish dick will result in a solution we will all be happy with. I have resigned myself to the fact that Cyprus isn’t for me for this reason, because I need to live in a Greek place not a Turkish place.

I am too racist for that shit. I’m even racist to Aussies. Just to paint a picture of how racist I am. I put the Ku Klux Klan to shame I’m afraid.

The only chance we got is with our Kurdish friends.

A Kurdish State in Syria which expands into Turkey.

Fuck them?

People can get on their Turkish love pony, but please don’t shit me because I am no fool. Just never forget, the talks are Surrender Talks. Make no mistake about it. Peace talks is actually not accurate and is misleading.

Turkey will only accept on its terms and those terms are NOT going to be favourable.

Malakas, you might think very carefully before ridiculing The Cyprus National Guard. Never have I heard anyone ridicule their military like that. Might as well ridicule Cyprus.

The CNG is the island’s only chance in reversing the sad events of 1974. A pen stroke won’t do it. Only the sword can.

Don’t make fun of it.

Turkey could dissolve...

...this is entirely possible. Cyprus united gives hope, with its result, by emulation, Turkey united.

Cyprus divided can only lead to Turkey even more divided, both for the same reason.

I do not despair, i remember. Despite the foul ending, despite the consequence (around the world) of it in current affairs, Grivas, here in Cyprus demonstrated what success guerrilla warfare may have.

The idea that Turkey is great, for the same reasons is mistaken. Its power as such is a myth. Turkey is divided at the brink of catastrophe on many levels.

The Kurds, the Alevi, the Greeks, cannot rest (never mind the Armenians). Neither can the "Turks" rest, if those Turkish like these are their "other".

There is a Cypriot way, when Turkey goes too far, they will find it.

My family and fellow Turkish Cypriots scorn me constantly for my political views and call me a Greek boy. We on Cyprus Forum form a bubble for people who share similar views. Without this web site, I would feel extremely lonely. Pathitis, If you feel depressed with the current predicament. Just remember that we all feel your pain and you are not alone.

Don’t listen to your relatives.

The Cyprus Problem is very depressing. Basically, it’s a dead end because either it stays the way it is and people have some normality on 63% of the island, or the RoC destroys itself by signing a Surrender in the guise of “peace talks”

No we are not alone mate. There are thousands of us on both sides. People want normality.

USA, Australia and Canada are not some kind of Frankenstein countries with external interference from another country that is putting a gun to their heads.

USA, Australia and Canada are not some stupid BBF with Treaties of Guarantee from Pootin.

Can you imagine being dominated by Pootin?

The guy is our enemy and not at all dissimilar to Turkey or Erdogan.

No proof, but Russia assassinated its former operatives and their daughters that have sought refuge in Western Countries.

Just to elaborate, there are hundreds of Russian Spies, Military Officers, Scientists, Rocket Engineers and Weapons Specialists that now live in the UK, Australia and USA. Hundreds with false identities.

Australia has dozens of them. Engineers, Officers and even Rocket Engineers testing rockets and missiles at the Woomera Rocket Test Range near Maralinga where they did a number of Nuclear Tests.

There is an entire Manhattan Project going on. And they all hate Pootin. Not one good thing to say.

Years ago we use to have all the top NAZI scientists. Now we are full of Russians all working for our Governments.

USA, Canada and Australia are doing ok. They are no BBFs

Whatever happened in history was always predictable long before it had happened.

You don't need to be a rocket scientist to predict the CP will never be solved with negotiations.
There are a number of predictable ways in which it's going to be solved and it's a matter of uncontrollable/random events
which of the predictions will eventually become true.

So stop worrying about it.

I embrace the Cypriotness among us and have great respect for many TC friends as they have towards me and other GCs
The CP will not be solved this way though. You know why? Because our ilk is a tiny minority. And it's not growing.
Has been tried and remained stagnant. Sad but true. :(

On the other hand you thinking the the TCs are nothing but GCs who speak Turkish hence calling you a Greek boy, and Paphitis who thinks the TCs are Turks are totally disoriented, and part of the problem.
