It started on first of May.

Maybe because as part of Cyprus Officialdom, they never answer the phone ..... or e-mails ...... or letters .... and you would not find two employees that had the same opinion on any aspect even if you could contact them! :roll:

He can always sue the department of transport and maybe squeeze a few Euros out of them too!
