Kikapu: It’s Sierra Nevada night

Postby Paphitis » Thu Oct 18, 2018 11:40 am

Kikapu,

found the best Pale Ale Craft beer so far and it happens to come from USA West Coast.

From the Sierra Nevada brewing company.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is now my new favourite.

Believed to be the beer that started the Craft Beer revolution.

Give it a go. Its lovely.

Thanks Paphitis, but I have been drinking SNPA for the last 20+years.

Another good beer from San Francisco is Anchor Steam Ale beer
There's are tons of good ale beers in California, which I will have them again in about 2 weeks time.

Yes I know. The Craft beer culture started there and came to Australia afterwards.

I’m gonna see if I can get those but they are not on the Sydney menu so I might need to look for them at one of Brisbane’s trendy bar places.

I’m no expert in beer. Far from it actually.

I don’t drink much either. I’m a 2 beer wonder.

Just going through an extensive menu bit by bit and partaking in this craft revolution beer culture and I like it.

There are 700 craft brewers in Australia. I got a lot of work to do!

I didn't realize we had so many breweries in San Francisco alone. I think my two weeks there is not going to be enough to visit them all.
