Earthquake in Limassol about 15 minutes ago... hopefully it was the "big" one and nothing worst will follow.

Apparently it occured at 2.09 pm.
4.5 to 5 on Richter scale .

...actually, modern high-rises, like institutional buildings, may be made earth-quake resistant; counter-intuitively, safer in then, than out.

Unfortunately, it takes one or two earth-quake disasters to motivate what a developer will specify, in this regard, for their building projects.
