They would at the very least make an effort to ensure they are publishing accurate data.

Show me one media release they cut and paste.

I did read them, and it appears the BBC interviewed the person who sent the media release if there was in fact a media release.

In other words, they picked up the phone. They didn't just go ahead and publish a media release.

...and the BBC and all the others got the basic facts wrong.

You are claiming that ITV (the BBC's commercially funded rival) is not a major news outlet...?

Or Sky...? Not a major news outlet...? :?

Once again, they could have aggregated the story from the BBC feed.

But what I am saying is that the BBC picked up the phone and interviewed someone. So they did not copy and paste! OK? Are you so dumb and stupid?

If they didn't copy and paste the bulk of the article how come every other news outlet had the same article...?

And if they were willing to copy and paste an article which is demonstrably incorrect how can you have any confidence whatsoever that the BBC spoke to anybody...?

And remember, this is not just one article... there are hundreds of examples of this. So called news outlets copying and pasting press releases from campaign groups...

Usually, media releases are 1 or 2 paragraphs with a snazzy headline.

PR professionals, like my wife do not sit around publishing articles for the media. Not even when she was a press sec for a political party would she do this.

But she would give them plenty of one liners. That is a media release. She baits them.

She does this because she was a journalist and she knows what they want and she was good at using them to achieve an outcome for her bosses.

That BBC article was not a media release. That might have been a product that was sparked initially from a media release (there is no way of being certain about that) but media releases don't come in that format.

Im now only on Ripple , biting my time, who knows where Galapagos will be next week.
Over the weekend will decide on my next move. In the meantime you just concentrate on .....kolo. klasi !!!

I set up my own business a long time ago and I am proud about it.
It provided me enough money to live comfortably for long years to come.
You didn't set up ANYTHING!
That's why at this age of 72 you still have the urge to prove you can make money the easy way by gambling in the stock markets.
Unfortunately there's no cure. You will carry this disease until the day you will kick the bucket.

Im setting up a ....driving school starting in Limassol, will concentrate on a comprehensive agenda dealing with the as yet unknown purpose of the little stick on the side of the steering wheel, will then deal with Red lights, their purpose and what it means when the red is on. Im also considering the introduction of ...donkeys as the prime mode of transport, one has been reserved for you. My god, you set up your own business ? How impressive, what business, a kafenes or a gambling joint ?
Mate you are full of skata, just a little kid pretending to be a man. So, you are adamant that the Stock exchanges are nothing more than gambling joints !!
What a blithering fucking Plonker.!!

You can't hide your envy can you?
Let's assume it was a Kafenes, or a gambling joint.
What did you set up YOURSELF flamboyant old crow?

People need to earn the money before they invest in the stock market.

Your question is unfair. Usually, the biggest investors are middle class people who work hard for their money.

So they set it all up.

Having a business doesn't make you clever. What kind of business first of all. You could be a sandwich maker for all we know. it's not exactly innovative, or anything like that. a job really. And there is nothing wrong with that either.

People who get wealthy are those who understand compound interest and also understand the stock market, property and passive income.

It's not those who just work.
