Hi all
Any ideas if these have even been released here yet?
Yes I know I have as much chance of finding one as stepping in rocking horse poo but just wondered..

Thanks.

I saw it in some shops in Limassol. It costs 250 pounds for the "full version" that includes a hard drive a wireless controller and some other goodies. I am thinking if I should get the 360 or a modded xbox (original). The modded xbox is cheaper and it will allow me to play copy games that can be found for 3-5 pounds. 360 has better graphics but it is more expensive and I would be forced to buy those 35-45 pound games :(

Hi Sotos
Thanks for the reply. Think I'll have to go browsing then as the offspring wants one for his birthday.
He got a PSP for Christmas and the games for that are expensive too.
As he has an ordinary xbox already with around 50 games - do you know if they will work in the new model?
The PS3 is out this year too and no doubt that will be on his Christmas list.

That kid needs to get out more!

I read somewhere that if you are connected with the xbox Live that the 360 will automatically download a patch to allow most original x-box games to play.

Thanks, thats a relief - thought it would have been another load of stuff cast aside. He has a PSP, Game boy, Game Cube, PS2, XBOx and games to go with them all and thinks I have never ending pockets. I'll have to get a night job at this rate to keep up with it all!

I think you spoil him too much! How old is he? Maybe you should put him in some sports?

He'll be 12 soon and he doesnt 'do' sports as he puts it. I dont spoil him really, the perils of being an only child. Cant buy him a pet as he has allergies and there are no kids where we live so Im a bit stuck from that point of view. Good job he goes to school or he wouldnt speak to anyone!

Put him a basket for basketball in the yard. Maybe he doesn't do sports because he doesn't feel confident enough. If he had the chance to train by himself when nobody is looking maybe he would like it in the end.

Tried all that Sotos and Mr Couch Potato Junior takes after his father - lazy.
We're off on a walk now, before he loses the use of his legs totally.
Thanks for the advice though. :)
