I'm not lieing at all.

I am using Mozilla right now, and I can't remember the last time it crashed. If this was an issue, I would have no problems ditching it as I have a few broswers I use such as:
Waterfox
Opera
Vivavldi
Cyberfox
Pale Moon.

So I am pretty well covered and I don't owe Mozilla anything. It would be a great browser that would appeal and meet the needs of the vast majority of people. Yours does not!

It is private and safe. It isn't a lie.

You can even switch off their telemetry which they use to make their engine better.

My Firefox gets slower and slower depending on the number of tabs.
I often try to reduce the tabs by pressing the X button on each and Firefox crashes during the process.
Many times I tried to exit Firefox completely instead of exiting each tab.
I crashes on exit and tries to recover 40-50 tabs when I run it again!!
That is after popping me messages that it's still running. What the hell, but I exited 5 minutes ago!!

Firefox takes up more RAM per tab. So if you have a lot of tabs open use Chrome, Opera etc. I have 16GB of RAM and I can easily have more than 50 tabs open with Opera without any slow down.

Ermmm guilty as charged reh. From CF alone I could have 10-15.
Do a search on ebay to buy something opening each at a new tab and they may well end up to 50.

In that case you shouldn’t be complaining about poor browser performance because it’s well justified!

The way people are using browsers these days I’m starting to doubt the usefulness of the history-back and history-forward functions, as most users seem to want a new tab for everything.

Interestingly, the history functions are all cache-based functions… proving yet again (and in another way) of how obsolete the cache is!

All browsers get slower and slower as you open more tabs.

Although, Firefox is one of the most efficient browsers on computer resources. Waterfox and Pale Moon even more so.

Chrome and Chromium based browsers are resource hogs.

The browser that is the best for 40 to 50 tabs is Vivaldi. They have a feature where you can pause certain tabs (not close them) which saves resources. When you refresh, the tabs are unpaused.

I thought it was the other way round...

Anyway, Vivaldi would be one to look at as well.
