Hello, everybody!
Last year I was as a tourist in Cyprus, visited a couple of places throughout the island, swimmed in the sea, barely touched the cypriot's culture and seemed like fell in love with this place. Now I'm strongly thinking about immigration.
I was looking for some sources to find out basic information about salaries but couldn't. So I'd like to ask here maybe you guys can help me:
What is the lowest border of general practitioner's salary in Cyprus and what the average one is? How do this rates differ by specialists?

I take it you are a UK GP.
Im not qualified really to give constructive and helpful advice, other than say I understand you falling in love with Cyprus.
I would however like to say that UK qualified GPs would most certainly have no problems setting up own practice here in Cyprus, better still in Limassol. Cypriots tend to place more trust in UK qualified mefical professionals.
I would be your first patient !!

Then you will be amongst. .friends, loads of Russians in Limassol. Have met many and talked to lots. My ex is from Belarus.
Visited Russia a few times.

here is a form that you need to fill in and apply. being russian you my well get employment in cyprus but doctors from elsewhere are not generally welcome unless their medical qualificications are from greece.

worth a try though to see what they say.
