And all your casualties were during conflicts and wars which you started.

This is a comment from Sotos. Yesterday, during an exchange of posts with Maximus I wrote this;

Hypocrite of the highest order. Everything TC's post is bullshit and yet you've been brought up on it. It started at home, continued in your schools and church. Your history is based on bullshit. The books you read in your schools are full of bullshit.

It is common knowledge. Greeks are liars, spectacular liars and for that reason I don't see any point in continuing with this shit. I've made my point, I'm out.

I have nothing to add :?

What is your point?

Sotos was being factual.

I am also factual in my comments.

The TC's did start the conflicts. Dektash admitted to creating many false flags on a BBC documentary to rile up the TC's to attack GC's. Then when the GC's were forced to defend themselves, you twist the narrative and play the victims and try and start your story from 1963. :? Its a fact, the TC political leadership killed some TC's to further their agenda of Taksim.

You have nothing to add because your bullshit doesn't hold up when facts are introduced in to the discussion.

Facts dont care about your feelings.

You have to face the facts, - no one recognizes the north because the narrative is bullshit and based on illegality and war crimes.

To keep things in balance I must remember to start a new thread apologising on behalf of the TC's of the Bloody Christmas of 1963. I must specially apologise for the mass murder of men, women and children, including babies and burying them in mass graves. I must also apologise for trying to ethnically cleans my Greek cousins from an island they loved and called home.
I'm at my office and a bit busy now but I promise I'll try my damn hardest to start this thread just so that you don't accuse me of being biased.

That would be very commendable. In my opinion, it takes a big man to do something like that.

I dont have any beef with you personally Mr-NG.

But I am saying the narrative and mentality that comes out of the north is BS and a cancer for Cyprus.

There is a difference.

Listen plonker,

I did not learn about the CY prob from school or the Church.

But what I have learnt from communicating with you for many years is that you are a die hard Turkish fanatic of the most illogical order.

Just a pretend Cypriot regurgitating crap from a Turkish hymn sheet.

its easy to call people names when you lose the argument. tell me i am wrong. tell me there were no killings before the bomb blast. say something , say it aint so.

and yet there were exposing your plonkiness when you agreed that killings were started by tcs when they put bombs on a mosque.

to be honest to call you a plonker would be an insult to all plonkers.

well lets face you simply did not learn about the cyprus problem and you certainly did not live it either.

Which TCs were killed by GCs in 1955? Or are you talking about TC mercenaries under the command of the Colonialists, whose aim was to kill the Cypriot revolutionaries who were fighting for the liberation of Cyprus?

But of course there were killings before 1958. It was all started by you, when you invaded our island:

Throughout the period of Venetian rule, Ottoman Turks raided and attacked at will. In 1489, the first year of Venetian control, Turks attacked the Karpas Peninsula, pillaging and taking captives to be sold into slavery. In 1539 the Turkish fleet attacked and destroyed Limassol. Fearing the ever-expanding Ottoman Empire, the Venetians had fortified Famagusta, Nicosia, and Kyrenia, but most other cities were easy prey.

In the summer of 1570, the Turks struck again, but this time with a full-scale invasion rather than a raid. About 60,000 troops, including cavalry and artillery, under the command of Lala Mustafa Pasha landed unopposed near Limassol on July 2, 1570, and laid siege to Nicosia. In an orgy of victory on the day that the city fell--September 9, 1570--20,000 Nicosians were put to death, and every church, public building, and palace was looted. Word of the massacre spread, and a few days later Mustafa took Kyrenia without having to fire a shot. Famagusta, however, resisted and put up a heroic defense that lasted from September 1570 until August 1571.

Yes, that is what he is talking about. The TC's that were recruited by the colonialists to help them fight against Eoka and keep Cyprus under colonial rule.

The plonker doesnt even realize that Grivas did not have any beef with TC's because they were TC's, only those that were supporting the colonialists and they so happened to be TC's.

And yes before that, going back decades and centuries, the invasion and pillage of Cyprus as Ottoman subjects.

Basically, a political class with a long history of aggression towards Cyprus, that continues in the present day.

These are facts.
