Hi,

Nice to meet all of you and I'm new here

My background:
1) Not Greek or Turkish origin, not born in Cyprus
2) Will get Cypriot Citizenship by Citizenship by Investment, together with my son

Questions:
1) If my grandson born outside Cyprus in future, can him got the Cyprus Citizenship as he is my son's son using "Application for Consular Birth Certificate (type M121)"? Because I saw the website indicated "Cypriot Origin" only, I'm not sure what is meaning of "Cypriot Origin"?

If I assume my grandson able to get Cypriot Citizenship, I support he is able to apply Exit permit in order to exempt Military Service, below are my questions:
2) Does Exit permit obtain in Cyprus Embassy or Consulate and no need to get it in Cyprus?

3) My grandson able to get Cypriot Passport and international travel even he is exempt Military Service?
