has anybody heard of our lovely gc compatriots who decided to attack a bus collecting tourists from larnaca, on the 7th of july?

there really is no hope if gcs are going to be allowed to behave like a pack of animals in view of the police presence and them choosing to do nothing. whats the diffrence between today and 1963. is this not exactly what the police did then too. thankfully they are no longer allowed to murder innocent civilians unlike the bus from anglisiya to dikelya in 1964.

i cannot see any tc can support bbf or any other agreement for the future any longer.

I have not read or heard anything about this on any other news channels. Until I do I will take what you say with a raised eyebrow and heavy pinch of salt.

I condemn the attack if it is true but turkey and the tc’s created the kind of atmosphere and resentment that would attract reprisal. The recent antics in Cyprus,s eez, threats from turkey, the ongoing illegal occupation, general ongoing theft and political tyranny of the gc’ is what does it. Turkey And the tc can only blame themselves for such things.

...indeed, there are Cypriot Hotels in the occupied north, few as they are. Cypriots, and tourists, have no means to identify the difference. While there is a choice, nothing has been done which would encourage consumers to act accordingly, to support them, and not "them". If this bus is going directly to a "Turkish" casino, it is true, the government acts hypocritically. If the bus was attacked, as alleged, and the police stood by, it is this form of corruption, which makes it far worse.
